Checklists
Checklists are designed for routine, repeatable operational checks — opening procedures, closing procedures, shift walkthroughs, and similar daily tasks. They work the same way as reviews, with a few differences.
The Checklists Dashboard
Tap Checklists in the bottom tab bar to open the Checklists Dashboard.
Filtering
The same location and template filters from the Reviews dashboard are available here. Use them to narrow the list when you manage multiple locations or complete multiple checklist types.
Time Segments

Checklist cards display the same information as review cards: date, location, template name, completion percentage, and score.
Starting a New Checklist
- Tap the + button or New Checklist from the Checklists dashboard.
- Select a Region.
- Select a Location.
- Select a Template — only checklist-type templates appear here.
- Set a Complete By date and time — tap the date/time field to open the picker. This is the deadline for submitting the checklist.
- Tap Start Checklist.
Tips
The Complete By date is required for checklists. Set it to the end of your shift or the deadline given by your manager.
Completing a Checklist
Checklists use the same question-answering interface as reviews. Tap a category to open it, answer each question, attach any required photos, and move to the next category. See Completing an Assessment for full details on how to answer each question type, attach photos, and add notes.
Checklist Notes
Some checklist templates include a Notes section for free-form observations that do not belong to a specific question. If a notes section appears, tap it to add your observations before submitting.
Recurring Checklists
Your administrator may configure checklists to recur automatically — daily opening checklists, weekly inspections, etc. These appear in the Scheduled segment and open like any other checklist. You do not need to create them yourself.
