Map Route

The Map Route screen plots all your assigned locations on an interactive map and helps you plan the most efficient order to visit them — useful when conducting multiple reviews in a single day.

Tips

Map Route must be enabled for your account by an administrator. If you do not see it in the menu, contact your manager.

Opening the Map

Tap the menu icon → Map Route. The map loads with:

  • Your current location marked (if you allow location permissions)
  • All your assigned locations as pins on the map

Granting Location Permission

The first time you open the map, your device will ask permission to access your location. Tap Allow to enable real-time position tracking. If you previously denied permission, go to your device's app settings and enable location access for ActionCard.

Interacting with the Map

  • Pinch to zoom in and out
  • Tap and drag to pan
  • Tap a location pin to open a summary panel at the bottom of the screen

The bottom panel shows the location's address, recent activity summary, and a button to get directions.

Planning a Route

  1. Tap the location you want to visit first.
  2. Tap Directions in the bottom panel.
  3. The app draws a route from your current position to that location using Mapbox Directions.
  4. To continue the route to the next location, tap it and tap Add to Route.

Tips

When you are ready to navigate, tap Open in Google Maps to hand the route off to Google Maps for turn-by-turn directions on your device.

Finding a Location

Use the search or filter control to narrow which locations appear on the map. Type an address or location name to highlight the matching pin.

Location List

A scrollable list of locations appears in the resizable panel at the bottom of the screen. Swipe up on the panel to expand it. Tap any location in the list to center the map on that pin and open its summary.
