Locations

The Locations section gives you a full picture of any location you have been assigned to — its recent activity, open action items, checklist completion rate, temperature compliance history, and any location-specific data your organization tracks.

Accessing Locations

Tap the menu icon → Locations. A searchable list of all your assigned locations appears.

Type in the search bar to filter by address. Tap a location to open its detail page.


Location Detail

The detail page is the hub for everything related to a single location.

Summary Cards

At the top of the detail page are four summary cards:

Last VisitHow many days since the last review or checklist was conducted
Open ItemsCount of unresolved action items at this location
Checklists CompletePercentage or count of completed checklists
ViolationsNumber of temperature compliance violations (if temperature logging is enabled)

Tap any summary card to navigate to the relevant detail (e.g. tapping Open Items takes you to the Action Center filtered to this location).

Activity Feed

Below the summary cards is a chronological activity feed showing every review, checklist, and survey completed at this location, grouped by date.

Each activity item shows:

  • An icon for the activity type (review, checklist, or survey)
  • The template name
  • The date and time

Tap an activity item to open the full assessment detail and view all answers, scores, and photos.


Location CRM (if enabled)

Some organizations configure an additional CRM section in the location detail. If enabled, it appears as a set of tabs below the activity feed.

Profile Tab

Shows custom data fields configured by your administrator — things like the store manager's name and contact number, operating hours, equipment IDs, or any other location-specific information. Fields can be edited directly in this tab:

  1. Tap the field you want to update.
  2. Make your change.
  3. Tap Save.

Notes Tab

A running log of notes about the location. Tap Add Note to record an observation, follow-up reminder, or any relevant context that should live with the location record rather than a specific review.

Emails Tab

A history of email correspondence associated with this location.

Files Tab

Documents and files grouped into categories. Tap any file to open or download it.

Images Tab

A gallery of images tagged to this location. Tap any image to view it full-size.


Temperature Compliance Log

If your templates include temperature-monitoring questions, the location detail page includes a Temperature Compliance Log accessible from the summary card or a dedicated link.

Filters

At the top of the temperature log you can filter by:

  • Template — which evaluation template the readings came from
  • Category — which category within the template
  • Question — a specific temperature question (e.g. "Walk-in Cooler #1 Temperature")
  • Status:
    • Show All — every reading
    • Out of Range — readings outside the acceptable range defined in the template
    • Critical Violations — readings that exceed the critical threshold

Reading the Log

Entries are grouped by date. Each entry shows:

  • The timestamp of the reading
  • The temperature recorded
  • A status indicator: In Range (green), Out of Range (yellow), or Critical (red)

Date Range

Use the date range picker at the top to view data beyond the default 7-day window.


Location-Level Action Center

From within a location's detail page you can access an action center scoped specifically to that location. This shows only the action items tied to reviews and checklists conducted at that address, making it easier to manage corrective work location by location.

Tap Open Items from the summary cards or look for the location-specific Action Center link in the detail page.


Location-Level Reviews

Similarly, you can view just the reviews for a single location from the detail page. This shows the full review history without the clutter of other locations in your portfolio.
