Reviews

A review is a structured evaluation of a location against a defined template. Reviewers work through categories and questions, attach photos, and flag issues as action items — all from the mobile app.

The Reviews Dashboard

Tap Reviews in the bottom tab bar to open the Reviews Dashboard.

Filtering Your Reviews

At the top of the screen are two searchable dropdowns:

  • Location — filter to a specific location
  • Template — filter to a specific review template

Tap the sort icon to toggle between newest-first and oldest-first ordering.

Time Segments

Tap the segment buttons to switch between views:

SegmentShows
Past 7 DaysReviews submitted in the last 7 days
In ProgressReviews you have started but not yet submitted
Next 7Reviews scheduled for the next 7 days (requires network connection)

Reading a Review Card

Each review in the list shows:

  • Date and time the review was started
  • Location address
  • Template name
  • Completion percentage — how many questions have been answered
  • Score — the current percentage score (if the template is scored)

Tap a card to open the review and continue or view it.

Starting a New Review

  1. Tap the + button in the bottom tab bar, or tap New Review from the Reviews dashboard.
  2. Select a Region — tap the region dropdown and choose the region the location belongs to. You can type to search.
  3. Select a Location — the locations for that region appear. Tap to select yours.
  4. Select a Template — choose the evaluation template you want to use.
  5. Tap Start Review.

The review opens immediately and you can begin answering questions.

Tips

If you do not see your location, confirm with your manager that you have been assigned to it in the web portal.

Continuing an In-Progress Review

Tap the In Progress segment on the Reviews dashboard, then tap the review card. The review opens at the last question you answered, or at the beginning if you are returning for the first time.

Submitting a Review

When all required questions are answered, the Submit button becomes fully active. Tap Submit, confirm in the dialog, and the review is sent. See Completing an Assessment for everything that happens inside a review.

Sharing a Review

You can share a completed or in-progress review with teammates:

  1. Open the review, tap the Actions menu (three-dot icon or dropdown in the header).
  2. Tap Share.
  3. Select team members from the list, and/or type additional email addresses.
  4. Add an optional message.
  5. Tap Send.

Recipients receive an email with a link to view the review.

Recurring Reviews

Reviews your organization schedules on a recurring basis appear automatically in the Next 7 segment when their window opens. You do not need to create them manually — just tap the card to start the evaluation.
