Getting Started

Welcome Email

When your account is created, you will receive a welcome email from ActionCard. It contains a link to confirm your address and set your password. Click the link, choose a secure password, and you are ready to log in.

Bookmark the login page: https://go.actioncardapp.com/Account/Login

Logging In

  1. Go to the login URL above.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click Sign In.

If you forget your password, click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the emailed instructions.

Installing the Mobile App

ActionCard has a native app for both Android and iOS. Search for "Action Card Pro" in the App Store or Google Play and install it. Enable automatic updates so you always have the latest features.

  • iOS: App Store → search "Action Card Pro"
  • Android: Google Play → search "Action Card Pro"

Log in with the same credentials you use on the web.

Setting Your Time Zone

Your time zone controls when scheduled reviews appear and how timestamps are displayed.

  1. Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Profile or go to Preferences → Account.
  3. Choose your time zone from the dropdown and save.

Setting Up Notifications

ActionCard can notify you by email when reviews are assigned, completed, or when action items need your attention.

  1. Go to Preferences → Account → Notifications.
  2. You will see a table of all review templates.
  3. For each template, toggle the specific notifications you want:
    • Scheduled — when a review using that template is created
    • Started — when a reviewer begins the review
    • Completed — when a review is submitted
    • Action Item assigned — when an action item from a review is assigned to you
  4. Click Save.
