Reporting
Reports give managers and corporate teams a data-driven view of brand consistency and location performance across the organization.
Accessing Reports
Click Reporting in the left sidebar. You will see the available report types for your account.
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a high-level snapshot for a selected date range and template.
| Metric | Description |

| Reviews | Average score across all key reviews in the selected period |
| Photos | Total photos taken during reviews |
| Action Items | Total open action items |
Configure the date range and template filter using the Settings button (gear icon). Click Print for a print-ready version.
Company Overview
The Company Overview report shows aggregate performance data across your entire organization for a chosen date range and template:
- Total reviews completed
- Total action items created
- Action items completed and approved
- Region-level scores displayed as a bar chart
Drill into a region by clicking its bar to open the Region Overview, which shows district and location breakdowns within that region.
Region and Location Drilldowns
From the Company Overview you can navigate down through your organizational hierarchy:
- Company Overview → click a region bar → Region Overview
- Region Overview → click a location bar → Location Overview
Each level shows the same core metrics (reviews, action items, scores) at that scope, plus a bar chart of scores for the entities beneath it.
Custom Reports
If your organization has custom reports configured, they appear as additional tiles on the Reporting page. Click a report tile, fill in the required parameters (date range, template, region, etc.), and click Run Report.
