Checklists
Checklists (powered by ActionCheck) work similarly to reviews but are designed for daily or routine operational checks — opening procedures, closing procedures, shift inspections, and similar repetitive tasks.
Accessing Checklists
Click Checklists in the left sidebar. You will see the same time-filter view as Reviews:
- In Progress — open checklists waiting to be completed
- Past 7 days — recently submitted checklists
- Next 7 days — upcoming scheduled checklists
Starting a Checklist
- Click New or tap the + button.
- Select the checklist Template.
- Select the Location.
- Begin working through the items.
Checklists support the same response types, photo attachments, and action items as reviews.
Checklist Notes
Checklists include a Notes section (accessible under Checklists → Notes) where location teams can log observations or communications that don't belong to a specific review.
Recurring Checklists
Recurring checklists are configured by administrators under Checklists → Recurring and appear automatically for assigned users on the appropriate schedule.
