Checklists

Checklists (powered by ActionCheck) work similarly to reviews but are designed for daily or routine operational checks — opening procedures, closing procedures, shift inspections, and similar repetitive tasks.

Accessing Checklists

Click Checklists in the left sidebar. You will see the same time-filter view as Reviews:

  • In Progress — open checklists waiting to be completed
  • Past 7 days — recently submitted checklists
  • Next 7 days — upcoming scheduled checklists

Starting a Checklist

  1. Click New or tap the + button.
  2. Select the checklist Template.
  3. Select the Location.
  4. Begin working through the items.

Checklists support the same response types, photo attachments, and action items as reviews.

Checklist Notes

Checklists include a Notes section (accessible under Checklists → Notes) where location teams can log observations or communications that don't belong to a specific review.

Recurring Checklists

Recurring checklists are configured by administrators under Checklists → Recurring and appear automatically for assigned users on the appropriate schedule.
