Surveys
Surveys allow customers or guests to provide feedback about their experience at a location. Survey links are shareable and do not require a login.
How Surveys Work
- An admin sets up a survey template under Settings → Templates.
- The survey link is distributed to customers (QR code, receipt, email, etc.).
- Customers fill out the survey and submit it.
- Responses appear in the Activity Feed as Survey items and are rolled into location and company reports.
Viewing Survey Responses
Survey responses are visible in:
- The Activity Feed (filtered to Surveys)
- The Location Detail page under the relevant location
- Reports that include survey data
