Surveys

Surveys allow customers or guests to provide feedback about their experience at a location. Survey links are shareable and do not require a login.

How Surveys Work

  1. An admin sets up a survey template under Settings → Templates.
  2. The survey link is distributed to customers (QR code, receipt, email, etc.).
  3. Customers fill out the survey and submit it.
  4. Responses appear in the Activity Feed as Survey items and are rolled into location and company reports.

Viewing Survey Responses

Survey responses are visible in:

  • The Activity Feed (filtered to Surveys)
  • The Location Detail page under the relevant location
  • Reports that include survey data
