Action Center
The Action Center is a centralized inbox for action items and messages related to reviews. It is organized into folders for easy tracking.
Folders
The left panel shows your folder list. Common folders include:

| Inbox | Action items assigned to you |
| Sent | Action items you created or sent to others |
| Drafts | Unsaved action items |
| Completed | Action items that have been resolved |
| Rejected | Action items that were not approved |
Folders show a badge with the count of unread or pending items.
Viewing an Action Item
Click any item in the list to open its detail panel on the right. You will see:
- The original question and review it came from
- The location and template
- The description of what needs to be corrected
- The due date
- The current status
Responding to an Action Item
If an action item is assigned to you:
- Open the action item.
- Review the issue and the attached question/photo.
- Take corrective action at the location.
- Click Mark Complete and optionally add a note or photo of the resolution.
- The item moves to the Completed folder and the assigning manager is notified.
Approving Completed Action Items
Managers can approve or reject completed action items:
- Open the action item in the Completed folder.
- Review the resolution notes and photos.
- Click Approve to close it out, or Reject to send it back with feedback.
Rejected items return to the assignee's inbox with your comments.
Messaging
Users with the Key role can create new messages directly in the Action Center using + New Message. Messages can be sent to individuals or groups and tracked through folders.
Search
Use the Search box at the top of the message list to find action items by keyword.
