Profile & Account Management
Each user can manage their own personal settings regardless of role.
Accessing Your Profile
Click your name or avatar in the top navigation bar, then select Profile, or navigate to Preferences → Account.
Changing Your Password
- Go to Preferences → Account (or Manage → Change Password).
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Save.
ActionCard enforces minimum password complexity requirements.
Updating Your Profile
From your profile page you can update:
- First and last name
- Profile photo / avatar
- Phone number (used for SMS notifications if enabled)
- Time zone
- PIN (used for mobile kiosk check-ins at some configurations)
Notification Settings
Go to Preferences → Account → Notifications to configure which events trigger email notifications. You can control notifications per template and per event type:
| Event | Description |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | A review using this template has been created |
| Started | A reviewer has begun the review |
| Completed | A review has been submitted |
| Action Item assigned | An action item has been assigned to you |
Use the Toggle All column to enable or disable all notifications for a template at once.
Logging Out
Click your name in the top navigation and select Log Out. For shared devices, always log out explicitly to protect your account.
