Profile & Settings

Your Profile page is where you update your personal information, manage notification preferences, and configure account security settings.

Opening Your Profile

Tap the menu icon → Profile.


Personal Information

The top section of the Profile page lets you update your personal details.

Profile Photo

Tap your avatar at the top of the screen to update your profile photo:

  1. Choose Take Photo to capture a new image with your camera
  2. Choose Choose from Library to select an existing photo from your gallery

Your new photo is saved immediately.

Name and Email

Tap the First Name, Last Name, or Email field, make your changes, and tap Save at the bottom of the page.

Tips

Changing your email address changes your login username. Make sure you remember the new address before saving.

Timezone

Tap the Timezone field to open a searchable list of timezones. Select yours and tap Save. The correct timezone ensures that review timestamps, scheduled items, and notifications display at the right local time.

Language

Tap the Language field and select your preferred language:

  • English
  • French (Canadian)

The app switches to your selected language immediately after saving.


Notification Preferences

Scroll down to the Notifications section.

Daily SummariesSends a daily digest of your pending reviews, open action items, and upcoming checklists
Weekly SummariesSends a weekly roll-up of activity across your assigned locations

Toggle each setting on or off and tap Save.

Push notification settings (for individual alerts like "a review was assigned to you") are managed by your administrator through the web portal templates configuration.


Account Security

Changing Your Password

Tap Change Password (or Reset Password — you will receive a password reset email):

  1. Check your email for the reset link.
  2. Open the link in a browser.
  3. Enter and confirm your new password.
  4. Return to the app and log in with your new password.

App Preferences

Some additional preferences appear in the slide-out menu rather than the Profile page:

Save Photos to Camera Roll

Toggle this option in the menu (below the navigation list) to automatically save a copy of every photo you take during reviews and checklists to your device's photo library.

Clear Data

Menu → Clear Data removes all locally cached assessment data from your device. Use this if the app is behaving unexpectedly or if you are handing the device to another user.

Warning

Clearing data is irreversible from the app. Any answers or photos from in-progress assessments that have not yet synced to the server will be lost. Only clear data if you are sure nothing is pending sync.


Signing Out

Tap Menu → Sign Out. If you have unsaved or unsynced changes, the app will warn you before completing the sign-out. Allow the sync to finish, then sign out.

Tips

On a shared or kiosk device, always sign out when you finish your shift so the next user cannot access your account.
