Exploring the Menu

  • Action Card Logo: Click or tap to navigate back to dashboard
  • Reviews: Click to see Review queue
  • Checklists: Click to see Checklist queue
  • Recurring: Manage recurring checklist schedules
  • Notes: Notes log entered during completion of Checklists
  • Locations: Access all current and past location data, including Reviews, Action Items, and Checklists
  • Action Center: Manage all messages and Action Items
  • Document Library: Manage (admin only) or view documents, links, etc., stored internally in Action Card account
  • Reporting
  • Menu: Click or tap to expand or close menu

Filters & Legend

  • Click any combination to only show selected types of activity
  • Key Reviews: Visible for other users, trigger email/notifications, and are available in reporting
  • Select any review tool from the dropdown to filter the activity feed—only showing reviews and action items related to that tool

Support, Action Item Alerts Badge, New Review/Checklist/Message

  • Click to open Support Menu
  • Click to see top 5 most recent Action Items, which may include overdue items
  • Click +New to start a new Review or Checklist

Activity Queues

  • Checklists: Any activity related to checklists started, completed, or in-progress
  • Upcoming: Reviews scheduled to occur
  • Today’s Activity: Any activity started or completed today
  • Past Due:
    • Action items that are past due
    • Scheduled reviews that were missed
    • In-progress reviews that were started but not completed
  • This Week: Activity for the past 7 days
