Brief Overview of Action Card

Action Card is a mobile and web-based solution for multi-location companies to streamline and bring efficiency to field data collection. The tool is designed to make life easier for field and location teams by speeding up compliance and brand standards reporting processes.

Using either the web-based application or tablet/mobile app, Action Card essentially eliminates the need for paper and pen reviews, centralizing all data in one place. This creates both transparency and accountability across all levels of the organization.

Login

  1. Navigate to go.actioncardapp.com
  2. Enter your login credentials

Note: Action Card can be accessed via:

  • Web browsers
  • Tablet and mobile apps (available on Apple App Store and Google Play)

Home Screen Overview

Reviews Section

  • All
  • Scheduled
  • In-Progress
  • Recently Completed

Action Items

  • View and manage items requiring follow-up

Location Items

  • Site-specific tasks or issues

Explain the purpose of each section and how it supports ongoing operations.


Starting a Review

Selecting a Review

  • Choose between Key and Auxiliary reviews
  • Reminder: The tool saves automatically as you go

Navigating Categories

  • Move freely between different categories
  • Provide feedback and positive remarks during review completion

Submitting a Review

  • Submit once all sections are complete
  • Triggers an automated email with:
    • A PDF copy of the completed review
    • A link to view the review in the system

Action Items / Location Items

Managing Action Items

  • Complete or respond to Action Items at the store level
  • Demonstrate how to:
    • Add a Generic Action Item
    • See it transition into a Location Item with required actions
