Objectives

  • Adding, modifying or deleting locations, regions and districts
  • Adding, modifying or removing user assignments

Company

Building out new Company structure

  • New region
  • New district (optional)
  • New location

Modifying existing company structure

  • Moving locations and districts amongst regions
  • Deactivating locations, regions or districts

Building out Company Structure

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Company.

  2. Begin building out your company by creating one or multiple Regions.

  3. Label your region and save changes.

  4. Optional – create districts (subsets of regions)

    • Click on a region under your company name, then +New, District.
  5. Add locations to districts or regions

    • Click +New, Location.
    • Fill out location details. Both name and time zone are required. Save changes when finished.

Modifying Existing Company Structure

  • Locations and optional districts can be moved among regions; locations can also be moved among districts within the same region.
  • Open any location’s details to move location to another area.
  • Select a new region and/or district, then save changes.

Deactivating Locations, Districts and Regions

  • Locations can be deactivated so they are no longer available to review; inactive locations also do not count against total location count.
  • Open location details.
  • Uncheck the ‘Active’ box, then save changes.
  • Inactive locations can be reactivated at any time. Use the ‘Show Inactive Locations’ filter to view all inactive locations for the selected region.
  • Reactivate locations by checking the ‘Active’ box.
