Navigating Locations

  1. Locate and click “Locations” on the left-hand menu.

  2. The Locations section displays:

    • All locations you are responsible for
    • The last review completed
    • Score, action items, and (if applicable) checklists

    Users can drill down into a specific location to see all historical data.


Filtering

  • Use filters to search and narrow your results.
  • You can filter by any of the column headers.

NOTE: It is recommended to use the “Contains” option.
“Is equal to” requires an exact text or numeric match.


Location Details

  • Drill down into a specific location to view:

    • All current and historical data
    • Reviews
    • Action items
  • Three graphs are shown, and each graph can be clicked to display detailed results below.


Past/Current Reviews and Action Items

  • Clicking on Review Scores, for example, will show:
    • All past and current reviews (in-progress and completed)
    • Filterable results
    • Drill-down capability by clicking the 🔍 icon (or similar) to view Review Details
