My name is Charles Nunn… I’m the Success Manager here at Action Card. My goal is simple, yet powerful – ensure that your organization has a successful 30-day trial with our platform.

In order for us to define what “successful” is, I’d ask that we set up a day and time to discuss and create a “road map to success.” Here are a few questions to consider:

• What outcome am I trying to achieve by utilizing Action Card?
• What were my previous methods/processes for managing locations, maintaining brand standards, etc.? What were my likes and dislikes?
• What features of Action Card am I most interested in?
• Was there anything presented to me in the demonstration of Action Card that was not clear and needs to be addressed?

Tim has kindly passed along your information to me, as I will be assisting him with uploading any evaluations, adding users, and configuring your company structure within your account.
