Reporting Dashboard

Navigate to Dashboard under Reporting.

This report provides an array of information attributed to reviews, such as number of photos, score trends by month vs benchmark, and even which categories are being scored the worst (if scoring is applicable).


Company Overview

Navigate to Company Overview under Reporting.

Here, you can view average scores per region, district, and locations for a form (or all forms), based on a date range. To start, enter which dates you’d wish to report across.
Note: The dashboard can be filtered by date and form. It can also be printed.

Click “Run Report” and the graphs below will reflect the appropriate information.

You can click on a particular region to see average scores for districts and/or locations that reside in said region.

Below the graph, users can view current Action Item status for the specified date range, and even the top and bottom 10% scores over that period.


Company Summary

Navigate to Company Summary under Reporting.

Input a date range and select a single or all forms for which you’d like to report on.
